Xenia advises corporate and private equity clients on complex debt transactions and cross-border financings with a focus on leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalisations, refinancings and debt restructurings. Having worked in both the U.S. and Europe, Xenia has a truly global outlook across international debt capital markets.
Since 2007 she has arranged over $50 billion of debt volume across the full spectrum of debt and capital market products. Over this time, she has developed a strong network of relationships with local and global finance providers both in the U.S. and Europe. As such Xenia is able to draw from extensive experience in advising on capital structures and debt instruments across a wide array of industries both as an advisor and as a lender, and has particular industry experience in the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT), Business Services, Financial Institutions and Healthcare sectors.
After starting her career in management consulting and accounting in the U.S., Xenia joined the TMT Leveraged Finance team at ING (New York & Amsterdam) and subsequently moved to the Debt Structuring & Origination team at Jefferies (London).
Xenia earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and international affairs from Franklin & Marshall College in the U.S. and studied international business at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. She is a certified public accountant (inactive).
