Victoria is a Managing Director at IQEQ based in New York with two decades of professional experience in finance and operations in the alternative investment industry. In her current role, she is the Chief Financial Officer for various private equity, commercial real estate and venture capital investment advisors with oversight of their funds, general partner and investment advisor businesses. Prior to her current role, she was the Director of Finance and Operations at AXA Investment Managers where she led a team overseeing all aspects of finance and operations in real estate investment funds, separate accounts and joint venture and direct investments. Prior to that she was the Vice President at JPMorgan overseeing a large fund administration team servicing private equity clients.
Victoria graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Public Accounting and is licensed in New York State as a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of Chief, a platform for executive women, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State CPA Society. She has been an active member of many committees that promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, including DEI Committee, Hiring and Promotion Committee, Associate Women’s Program, Executive Management Learning, Women in Alternatives Initiative. She actively participates in panels and round table discussions around current issues faced by executives in finance and operations within the alternative investment space.
