With more than 25 years of commercial real estate development, management, and investment experience, Marc Grayson has been involved in real estate projects in excess of $2.5 billion, consulted on more than $2 billion of real estate debt, and invested over $1 billion in commercial real estate mortgages. Currently, he serves as COO/President at RRA Capital where he oversees all operational aspects of the firm, helps chart the strategic direction of the company, and serves on the investment committee. Prior to joining RRA in 2009, Mr. Grayson worked for several well-respected real estate developers across the country, including Ryan Companies US, Inc., and Vestar Development Company. He formerly served as President of the City of Scottsdale Industrial Development Authority board and currently serves on the board of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County. Mr. Grayson holds both a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a master’s in business administration from Arizona State University. He earned a CCIM designation and has been involved in a leadership capacity in many commercial real estate industry groups including Urban Land Institute, CoreNet, NAIOP, and TMA.
