Florian is an impact investor, board member & business growth strategist. Holds a BBA and Master of Science in Marketing with his personal leitmotif being “Impact Lives, Share Profits”. Currently Managing Director, Capital Advisory at Palladium, Managing Partner at Bamboo Capital Partners, Co-Founder of Pyrpose, board member at Bboxx, Seedstars, Goodwall and the Knowledge Impact Network with previous C-Suite executive roles at Olympus, SBi (Stryker), and B.Braun.
Florian’s dedication to society and economy is by sharing his extensive background on business transformations, fundraising and personal development to fund and scale purposeful companies. These impact-focused enterprises are mitigating some of the world’s biggest challenges: livelihood, economic empowerment, financial inclusion, climate change, and global health.
As a globally active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization “YPO” (ypo.org) he is Founder of the Planet Action Network and North Star Chapter. He launched also a CME foundation in Mexico serving the marginated population in rural areas. On a personal note Florian is a hobby musician and proud husband & father of 5 children.
