Daniel Heine is co-founders and Managing Director of Patrimonium, an independent alternative asset management company with fifteen years of Private Debt expertise in German speaking Europe. He is responsible for all of Patrimonium`s Private Debt investments and has overseen and lead around 200 debt investments in Mittelstand corporates. Before founding Patrimonium Daniel worked as a Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch International. Prior to Merrill Lynch he gained experience by working for management consultancy A.T. Kearney in Germany where he focused on restructuring situations. Besides his business responsibilities, Daniel Heine is an adjunct lecturer at the University of St. Gallen Executive School where he lectures on enterprise and security valuation.

Daniel studied and graduated with a master degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen followed by a second degree from the University of Oxford where he graduated with a Master of Arts. He continued his studies with a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen.
